1. Service Agreement

By engaging with our IT services, clients agree to adhere to the terms outlined in the service agreement. This includes a detailed scope of work, deliverables, and timelines. Any modifications or additions to the agreed-upon services must be mutually discussed and documented in writing.

2. Confidentiality and Data Security

Clients acknowledge that the nature of IT services may involve access to sensitive information. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or confidential data exchanged during the course of the engagement. Our company employs industry-standard security measures to protect client data, and clients are expected to cooperate with these measures.

3. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in the invoice and must be adhered to by the client. Late payments may incur additional fees. In the event of any disputes regarding invoiced amounts, both parties commit to resolving the matter amicably through discussions within a specified timeframe.

4.Termination and Cancellation

Either party has the right to terminate the engagement in accordance with the agreed-upon termination provisions. If termination is initiated by the client, they may be responsible for any outstanding payments for services rendered up to that point. Our company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if there is a breach of terms, non-payment, or any unethical behavior on the part of the client. Upon termination, both parties will return any borrowed materials and discontinue the use of any shared resources.
